Position Summary

We are looking for a committed, driven, self-motivated individual to become a Learning and Development Executive responsible for training our resellers and employees as well as creating and maintaining training material, including presentations, help guides and user guides. Reseller training incorporates various aspects around the NetPay proposition, sales approach and our compliance obligations. Internal training consists of a variety of different subjects supporting our team to advance their understanding and capability. The material will be put together incorporating information from the subject matter experts across the business as well as (where relevant) our partners and suppliers.

The type of person we are looking for will have had training experience, preferably in the merchant services industry but that isn’t essential. It is important as an individual you have a relentless focus on delivering comprehensive training that delivers results. We are looking for someone who has a desire to be successful and is prepared to make the commitment to a growing business to realise their full potential. The right individual will be tenacious and persistent, not giving up until the job is done and the goals are achieved.

Job Description

  • Working as the Learning and Development Executive for the NetPay UK and Ireland businesses across both countries supporting our resellers and internal team members with Learning and Development activities.
  • Lead, develop and coach all levels of team members for both our resellers and our own business to reach individual and business goals as well as satisfying our compliance obligations.
  • Promote continuous development and improvement at all times.
  • Scope, create, maintain and deliver training material including presentations, help guides and user guides for our services.
  • Identify opportunities to minimise performance gaps identify areas where training is required and create a comprehensive solution to resolving those challenges.
  • Co-ordinate with other members of the team, our partners and suppliers to capture relevant information to create training material.
  • Support our resellers to ensure they have a deep understanding of our services through training and all the relevant information to build and grow new business with us.
  • Manage our compliance obligations with card schemes such as Visa and MasterCard and acquiring banks submitting completed assessments to demonstrate accreditation for those who have taken part in NetPay training.
  • Experience in managing multiple strands of activity concurrently and prioritising based upon the objectives and requirements of the business.
  • Capable of producing weekly/monthly reports to demonstrate activity and progress.
  • Coach the Account Management team to understand our reseller’s growth objectives and desires for their business and identify ways in which our services might align.
  • Necessity to on occasion work unsociable hours travelling to and from reseller, supplier and partner locations as required as well as between the NetPay offices.
  • A well-structured individual that is able to plan and manage their time effectively and is used to providing regular updates to the Board and their Management colleagues on a regular basis.

Job Description

  • Develop the core systems that will allow customers to take advantage of NetPay services based on a Linux/UNIX based architecture.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the specification and systems during and post development.
  • Required to work in an environment where the data being input into the developed system is highly confidential and will have experience in developing code that supports strong security.
  • The NetPay software applications are required to comply with PCI DSS Level 1 therefore experience in this would be beneficial but not necessarily essential.
  • A well-structured and project driven individual that is able to plan and set accurate delivery expectations and is used to providing regular updates to their line manager on their progress.
  • Keep abreast of technology/software enhancements and how they would apply and would be used within NetPay.
  • Participate in daily agile meetings to discuss progress with other team members.
  • As a key member of cross-functional team, you will search, design, implement and test new web services/applications, and continuously improve the service we already have.

  • Good university scores to date with great scores in any object-oriented module or a good experience with commercial/non-commercial projects to demonstrate.

Position Summary

To support our resellers and merchants to ensure they get the best customer experience possible when managing our customers services when setting up and ‘in-life’ including online and offline card payments, payment terminals and merchant accounts. This role will involve taking ownership of customer requests with a specific focus on the technical support of their services when initially getting setup and managing their services in life. Job Description

  • Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers taking ownership of their requests.
  • Liaise with our resellers, merchants and colleagues internally to ensure we capture all the necessary information to support our customers with a particular focus on technical support for card terminals and online payment services.
  • Working with our partners including terminal manufacturers and banking gateway providers as required to establish services and resolve challenges on behalf of our resellers and merchants.
