NetPay Solutions Group has today announced their move to bigger offices in Southampton as the business continues to grow and with ambitious expansion plans in the pipeline.
NetPay provides card payment services to thousands of businesses across the UK and Ireland and has experienced exponential growth over the last four years since the business was set up in 2012. More recently the business has licensed its unique, award winning payments technology to other industry providers including acquiring banks. The move provides NetPay with the capacity to grow to more than 120 people in its Southampton offices.
NetPay continues to materially invest in its business and the advancement of its underlying technology hiring highly skilled developers from all over the world who have studied at universities across the South Coast through its close affiliations. This investment has enabled the business to deliver unique capability to the card payments industry and provide differentiation for its proposition.

NetPay Merchant Services Ireland has today announced their ambitious expansion plans with the announcement of its intention to recruit 20 further staff in 2016.
NetPay provides card payment services to over 1,000 businesses across the country and has experienced exponential growth over the last two years since the business was set up in March 2014.
Demand for card payment services in Ireland is growing. In fact, Ireland’s move from being a cheque and cash dependent economy to an electronic one has resulted in €1.8bn being added to the nation’s GDP in just the last four years.
NetPay are currently recruiting a team of Telemarketers as well as additional Sales Executives to provide support for businesses in all 26 counties and deal with the increased demand in payment services both face to face and online. The investment will also see a boost in the number of customer service and finance staff. As part of this expansion NetPay have also moved to a new home in Park West, to accommodate its growing team.

NetPay and Silver Lining have today announced their partnership.

NetPay Solutions Group are proud to announce that Carl Churchill, Managing Director, has been shortlisted for the prestigious South Coast Business Award category; Southampton City Council Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
The South Coast Business Awards were launched to reward the best in local business and recognise the achievements of companies and individuals across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Carl Churchill has been shortlisted alongside; Harry Green of Oceanside Logistics Ltd, Clare Carey of Memento Ltd and Christopher Schutrups of The Mortgage Hut.
Carl has a long and successful career in building and developing businesses. Carl started his first business at the age of 12yrs and in 2003 was listed at the top of a rich list compiled by the Royal Bank of Scotland, which predicted he would be worth £100 million by 2020. He was 19 at the time.
Since then Carl has created a string of successful technology businesses. He joined forces with connectivity provider murphx Innovative Solutions in 2003. murphx was acquired by Daisy Group in 2010 a year where the business successfully delivered £45m of revenue with 140 people. After supporting Daisy Group as part of its buy and build strategy, achieving considerable growth in annual sales, Carl stepped aside in 2012. Following the acquisition Carl set up a new venture in the payments industry, to specifically look at the way people make card payments and the technology provided as part of those services became the new target and NetPay was born.

NetPay has today announced the introduction of its new idea and innovations incubator the 'NetPay Lab' bringing in highly skilled undergraduates and post graduates from the University of Southampton.
The NetPay Lab is an incubator for new ideas, innovations and talent. Looking beyond the traditional and focusing on the future of new payment technologies and bringing them to market.
The NetPay Lab will recruit the expertise of undergraduates and post graduates (BSC, MEng and MSc) of University of Southampton to contribute to existing projects as well as bringing their own innovations to the table, leveraging NetPays' existing capability and expertise. Net Pay will be enabling talented developers to bring their ideas into fruition within a commercial environment.
Professor Neil White, Head of Electronics and Computer Science at the University of Southampton said "We are delighted to be part of this exciting new initiative. We are producing some of the best computer science students in the UK and it is particularly welcome that they will be able to develop their skills working with a leading technology partner based in the Southampton region."

NetPay has today launched 2 new payment features into its Revolution Online and Mail Order Telephone Order (MOTO) portal.
LinkToPay and QR code features are now part of NetPay’s growing product portfolio, providing businesses with additional ways to be able to take payments from their customers.
LinkToPay allows businesses to send their customer a message either by email or by text with a link for them to pay securely via a web page by credit or debit card.
This feature is ideal for those businesses that do not currently have electronic billing systems as it allows them to send out their invoices complete with the facilities to be able to take payment ensuring quick and easy payment and improving cashflow.
The New QR code feature is a quick and easy way to take payments. Customers simply make a purchase by scanning a QR code on their mobile phone and they are automatically taken through to a payment page to complete their purchase.

The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. NetPay has today announced its Green Payments Programme as they invest in the Woodland Trust’s Woodland Carbon project.
This is part of NetPay’s Corporate Social Responsibility Policy and their ongoing commitment to excellence in all aspects of their business, including their dedication to continually improve and reduce the environmental impact of the services they provide.
NetPay’s key aim is to achieve ISO140001 standard in both our UK and Ireland offices during 2015. NetPay will also be the first payment processor in the UK and Ireland to offer ‘green payments’ and mitigate the carbon emissions of their payments network.

Britain’s leading businesses, business leaders and social enterprises have today been revealed as finalists for the 2014 National Business Awards. The finalists announced today represent categories including the Smith & Williamson Entrepreneur of the Year, Santander Small to Medium Sized Business of the Year and the Inflexion International Growth Business of the Year.
