NetPay’s training team are there to support you to capitalise on the growing payments opportunity by providing comprehensive face to face and online training material to support you with your venture in to the payments industry.
As an industry subject to compliance the training also provides the opportunity for you to understand your obligations but in a way that makes the requirements engaging and easy to understand. Our material provides a detailed insight into our products and services as well as the approach when selling them to customers, handling objections and managing new business from opportunity through to delivery.
Initial training is done as a mix of eLearning and face to face training. The eLearning modules will give you the background on the industry, our products and services complimented then by the one-day face to face training. This will provide you with all the tools you need to win business all expertly delivered by our payments experts.
Once you leave the academy, you'll work closely with your Account Manager who will help you put into practice what you have learned and provide you with the marketing material to help you develop your pipeline. Your Account Manager and the Customer Service Team are always at the end of the phone or email to help you.
The next reseller training events will take place at NetPay HQ, Hedge End on the dates below. The NetPay training events will take those that are new to payments and give them all they need to develop and win new card payments opportunities.
