Where possible and applicable please do try and raise a case via your Revolution portal before calling. If this isn’t possible, the engineer at the end of the phone will raise one on your behalf and provide you with the ticket reference.

If you are a merchant signed up to NetPay’s services via a wholesale reseller who sells the service under their own brand we are unfortunately unable to support you directly. Please contact your payment services provider in the first instance who will do all that they can to answer you query directly and will engage NetPay as required.
