Did you know with Revolution you can run reports?

Did you know that Revolution is a really useful tool for your accountants and bookkeepers?

It can be used for banking and reconciliations, as you can use it to match your receipts to what is showing on your accounting systems.

Revolution enables you to view daily, weekly and monthly reports, helping you to spot progress and trends.

More than this, even if you are not in your shop or at your business premises should a colleague contact you about a problem they have with their terminal then after checking the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) section on Revolution, from where ever you are, you can raise a support ticket using Revolution rather than calling in. After the support ticket has been raised our technical support team will respond to this.

How to raise a support ticket

Simply log into Revolution and:

  • Click Support Tickets (located next to the FAQ tab).
  • Click Open Support Ticket (located in the top right hand corner).
  • You will be prompted to open a support ticket, please select the service that is relevant to your query.
  • The ticket can be customised to the subject of the query.
  • Complete (if required) the description section where you can add any supporting information or questions.
  • Click Save when finished and this will go through to our technical support team to action.

Please log into Revolution to locate this feature, so you know where it is should you need it.
