technologi is bringing revolutionary change to the merchant service and card payments industry delivering customer boarding, analytics and gateway solutions to a growing list of acquiring banks, payment facilitators and independent payments businesses.

The business is looking for a skilled, dedicated and ambitious team member to manage our existing customers as well as generate tactical and strategic opportunities.

Position Summary

We are looking for an ambitious, driven, self-motivated individual to maintain existing technologi customer accounts as well as generate tactical and strategic opportunities both in the UK and beyond.

The management of existing customer accounts which includes acquiring banks, independent payments businesses as well as payment facilitators involves managing and responding to their requirements and identifying growth opportunities within their relationship with technologi.

The type of person we are looking for will have extensive Account Management experience, is used to working with and supporting people at all levels and is prepared to make the commitment to a growing business to realise their full personal and financial potential.

Job Description

  • Working with existing customers to manage their on-going requirements acting as the commercial interface between them and the business
  • Develop and grow relationships with new and existing customers to deliver growth for both our business and theirs
  • Identify and approach new suitable, potential customers as well as develop in-bound opportunities
  • Be responsible for the production of proposals and presentations as part of the sales process as well as delivering on-going quotes for enhancements
  • Experience in working with and achieving monthly sales targets
  • Capable of producing weekly/monthly reports including opportunity and revenue forecasting
  • Responsible for putting together agreement/contacts
  • Understand our customers on-going strategic requirements identify ways in which our services might be able to support them
  • Confident and able to capture customer requirements
  • Necessity to on occasion work unsociable hours when proposal deadlines are looming, commitments have been made to customers or you are required to meet new or existing customers out of office hours or manage communication within their time zone (which may not be UK time)
  • A well-structured individual that is able to plan and manage their time and opportunities effectively and is used to providing regular updates to the Management Team on their progress

Knowledge and Skills

  • Deep interest in technology, preferably with experience in managing accounts within a software business
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, able to communicate with people at all levels
  • Well-structured and organised able to prioritise work and deliver upon commitments to customers
  • Proactive, tenacious, committed and hungry for success
  • A good grasp of numbers
  • Possession of a full driving license and prepared to travel as part of the role as required
