Where to find repeat purchase information on Revolution

Begin by logging into Revolution, where you will see a dashboard with all your transaction information.

  1. On the left-hand side, towards the end of the column, you will see the Reports tab. Click on this to open reports.
  2. Next, you will see a row of tabs, which includes “Repeat Purchases” and “Repeat Customers”.
  3. These tabs show you information about repeat business and enables you to compare year on year or look at weekly data. When combined with “Purchases”, also in this row of tabs, you will be able to see trends on a daily, weekly, or year on year basis.



Trends and patterns help you understand what motivates customers to buy, and the best approach to take in your marketing activities. They can also be used to help build customer awareness of your products and services.

Information can be useful for identifying customer trends or insights (e.g. more sales during lunch hours, or an increase in sales of a particular item over the summer period) and therefore helps you in business planning and marketing activities, when deciding things like employing additional staff during busy hours or renting an additional terminal during peak months.
