This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at NetPay, the business bringing revolution to the UK card payments industry focusing on system innovation and service excellence delivering card payment solutions to the wholesale and reseller channel. The business is looking for a skilled, dedicated, and ambitious team member to capitalize on the considerable opportunity the business must deliver exciting and sustainable growth.

We are looking for an ambitious, passionate, driven, self-motivated individual to work within the telephone sales team, developing new customer leads and opportunities that are driven through the marketing activity of our strategic partners supported by NetPay. The type of person we are looking for will have had sales experience but not necessarily in the card payments industry, is someone that has a desire to be successful and is prepared to make the commitment to a growing business to realize their full personal and financial potential. We are looking for a relentless individual who won’t stop until the job is done.

Job Description

  • Respond to inbound sales enquiries that arrive by phone, email and from our representatives in the field for customers who are interested in taking advantage of NetPay’s card processing services.
  • Progress in-bound enquiries to an eventual sale doing all that is necessity to realize the opportunity, keeping your promises with your customers and being a credit to our business.
  • Speak to customers and members of the strategic partner to promote the services and partnership with NetPay.
  • Promote the various packages that are offered by NetPay as part of the relationship with the strategic partner.
  • Proactively manage a small portfolio of partners by adhering to a clear contact strategy which involves regular review meetings face to face or remotely.
  • Add value to the partnership by identifying ways in which NetPay can offer expertise, guidance, or support.
  • Identify ways in which the partner can increase sales volumes and revenue from cross sale opportunities and the sharing of best practice.
  • Confident and able to capture requirements and make recommendations based upon what is the most suitable service for the customer.
  • The ability to vary your behavior and conversation to effectively communicate with people at all levels
  • Be as flexible and amenable as possible to ensure the customer experience is at its best.

  • Experience in working with and achieving monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
  • Capable of producing weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales reporting including opportunity and revenue forecasting.
  • Confident and able to capture requirements and make recommendations based upon what is the most suitable service for the customer.
