We are looking for an ambitious, driven, self-motivated individual to work on supporting the delivery of the Sales Strategies across the group. The role will require collaborative and independent working to ensure tasks are performed to the highest standard. A mix of in-depth analytical and creative thinking will be required, and the job holder must not be afraid to challenge the status quo. The type of person we are looking for will have sales experience but not necessarily in the card payments industry. We are looking for someone that has a desire to be successful and is prepared to make the commitment to a growing business to realise their full personal and financial potential.

The group consists of NetPay Merchant Services and technologi Worldwide. NetPay Merchant services is a well-established independent sales organisation that delivers digital merchant acquisition technology through its proprietary award-winning platform, Revolution. This is based purely on a channel strategy and includes clients that range from small utility companies to large multinational corporations. technologi worldwide is the powerhouse for the software development of Revolution but also an incubator for new innovations for the payments industry that includes automated Anti Money Laundering/Know Your Customer, risk decisioning, in life maintenance and money settlement capabilities to global acquirers, Payment facilitators, Integrated Software Vendors and Independent Sales Organisations.

Group Performance Development Manager Duties:

  • Collate all groupwide sales related performance data across Telesales, Strategic Partnerships and technologi
  • Prepare weekly sales report to be presented in the weekly sales meeting.
  • Prepare monthly sales report to be presented in the monthly sales meeting.
  • Prepare monthly and Quarterly Senior Management Team/Board meeting pack returns across both businesses.
  • For Telesales produce a Management Information pack with a lead management summary to show total leads, leads to apps, leads to live, cross sales. conversion to KPIs, Merchant cash advance leads, applications and funded totals, activity report to show numbers of telephone calls made, talk time.
  • Relationship Manager reconciliation of the commission scheme including points and New Merchant identity numbers (weekly & monthly)
  • Telesales reconciliation of points and New Merchant identity numbers (weekly & monthly)
  • Create monthly MI pack for technologi to cover applications, recurring and non-recurring revenue, forecast revenue.
  • Build and maintain a competitor repository across both businesses.
  • Create and maintain a win/loss analysis on sales across both businesses.
  • Support on delivering key strategic projects including sales strategy.
  • Proactively manage any risk register related matters.
  • Become fully competent with the go to market solutions offered across the group, NetPay Merchant Services - Partner referral, Indirect Reseller & Wholesale plus technologi Worldwide - Revolution, Prospect and Velocity.
  • How to price resellers and understand margin control within each offer. This is necessary to help create go to market messages and campaigns.
  • Become fully competent at understanding the contractual obligations for each solution.
  • Continually review and suggest improvements to promote our services.
  • Work in partnership with Marketing to develop a series of new partner lead generation activities. To be published on social media and to be shared with Business Development and Relationship Managers
  • Work with the Product team to track, manage and improve Sales of individual Products.
  • Work with Marketing to track Lead Generation performance and implement initiatives to improve lead volumes and better feed Sales channels.
  • Confident and able to capture requirements and translate those into focused, well worded communications including proposals.
  • Necessity to on occasion work unsociable hours when proposal deadlines are looming, commitments have been made to resellers or you are required to meet existing or prospective resellers out of the office.
  • A well-structured individual that can plan and manage their time and opportunities effectively and is used to providing regular updates to the Management Team on their progress.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss progress with other team members.
  • Preferable ambition to progress in the business as it grows.

Group Performance Development Manager Requirements:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, able to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Well-structured and organised able to prioritise work and deliver upon commitments to customers.
  • Proactive, tenacious, committed, and hungry for success.
  • A good grasp of numbers
  • Possession of a full driving license and prepared to travel as part of the role as required.
