Position Summary

We are looking for a talented, ambitious and creative individual to join our busy marketing department. The role involves working with the Head of Marketing to successfully implement marketing plans that will help drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have had a minimum of 2 years’ experience at a similar level but not necessarily in the card payments industry (although an understanding of financial services or technology sectors would be beneficial). Job Description

  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing.
  • Responsible for creating compelling copy for emails, newsletters, blogs and adverts.
  • Content & SEO management of websites, previous use of WordPress is preferable.
  • Increase our SEO ranking with the creation of guest blogs and backlinks.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Specialist with social media content.
  • Manage and grow the Trustpilot and Google reviews scores.
  • Assist with the submission of business award applications.
  • Creation of customer testimonials and case studies.
  • Support the sales team in the implementation of key account marketing plans.
  • Development of marketing collateral — working with the in-house graphic designer.
  • New product launch support.
  • Support with delivery of exhibitions and events calendar when required.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Confident in content management and application of SEO across multiple websites.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise workload.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand new products and markets quickly.
  • Possess a full driving license and be prepared to travel when required.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Qualified to degree level (desirable).
