NetPay – Coronavirus Update

How we are continuing to support you

We wrote to our merchants in March to explain how we could help during the Coronavirus crisis and last week to many of our merchants who are continuing to defer their monthly terminal rental payments.

We are now two months into the coronavirus lockdown and whilst we have seen many businesses adapt and continue to trade, there are still plenty who are seeing the negative impact continue.

News - Coronavirus

We are writing to you today to let you know that:

  1. We will continue to remove monthly minimum charges (MMSC) for all merchants with First Data. We will do this for May and will assess the position as the situation continues to evolve.

This will happen automatically. You don’t need to get in touch with us, it will automatically be reflected in your June Direct Debit collection from First Data.

  1. We have extended the 95% reduced rental into June & July for those with a service agreement administrated through our partners at Paytek. This means in June & July you’ll only pay 5% of your terminal rental (or £2.00, whatever is the greater). These charges will be attached to the end of your rental agreement giving you plenty of time to recover.

If you know someone with another provider, we are happy to help them too. Just ask them to call us and speak to our team on 0333 311 0200. They will also be provided with the above.

We also have a refer a friend scheme that will provide you with £100 of vouchers for a confirmed new customer.

It’s our way of saying thank you for all that you do for our country and thank you for being a customer of NetPay.

Please get in touch if you have any questions.
