The full process is listed below:
Simply place your card terminal order with NetPay Merchant Services, we will then confirm when your terminal is dispatched and this in turn will be delivered to the site by courier.
When your card terminal is dispatched, an email notification is sent to you, which confirms the time window of our engineer’s installation (this is typically the day after you have received the terminal, so reducing the stress should the courier ever be running late due to unforeseen circumstances).
As noted above, your terminal will be delivered to your site, by courier.
You can obtain a delivery tracking number, via the customer Revolution portal or by contacting NetPay’s customer services on 0333 311 0200, on the scheduled day of delivery.
The engineer will arrive on site to install your terminal, at the agreed appointment time.
